• Shaping and building the new business field of Opensource based Workplace and SaaS Solutions as well as developing the product and business strategy
• Building and maintaining a sustainable ecosystem of partners, manufacturers, communities, and public institutions
• Analyzing market, technology, and regulatory developments and deriving strategic fields of action
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders from administration, economy, and Open-Source-Communities
• Steering initiatives and programs for the further development and positioning of the portfolio

What makes you unique

• University degree in Computer Science or technical and business administration or equivalent experience in the fields of Computer Science and Technology
• Several years of experience in building new business fields or platforms, ideally in the environment of Open Source Software
• In-depth understanding of Open-Source-ecosystems as well as ideally a network of relevant actors, communities, and partners
• Ability to move confidently in a complex environment with diverse interests and regulatory frameworks and to successfully involve stakeholders
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language (level B2) as well as good English skills
