Within our manufacturing team, we are looking for our future Swiss Lathe Operator 100% (F/M/X) Your mission ### Reporting to our manufacturing/machining department, you will ensure setup, adjustments, and process optimization. Your responsibilities ### • Ensure the setup, adjustment, and monitoring of Star and Index type production machines. • Produce complex parts according to defined plans and requirements • Guarantee the quality of produced parts and perform quality controls • Identify and propose improvements to optimize production processes • Participate in first-level maintenance of equipment Your profile ### • CFC in polymechanic option Swiss turning or training deemed equivalent • Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in a similar function • Comfortable reading plans and machining complex parts with full autonomy • Good knowledge of ISO programming • Methodical, solution-oriented mindset, rigor, and ability to organize work and priorities according to expectations • Current use of MS Office IT tools Workplace: 2500 Bienne Working hours: day shift, but willing to work in a team occasionally.
