As a Team Leader Private Clients, you will inspire our customers in the Küsnacht and Zumikon region and further develop your employees. Together with your team, you will shape the customer experience in our branches and take responsibility for the customers in the private client segment.

You promote a customer-oriented sales and advisory culture and motivate your team to achieve peak performance. Your team welcomes all visitors to the branches and is responsible for the advisory and development of our private clients.

In addition to holistic advisory in the areas of pension planning, numbers, saving and investing - with a special focus on everyday banking and systematic wealth accumulation - you and your team will identify further customer needs and specifically initiate referrals to specialists.

Your tasks

• Leadership, promotion and development of your employees (team of 9-10 employees at the Küsnacht and Zumikon locations)
• Ensuring high-quality training and support for employees and Young Talents
• Active management and accompaniment of sales and market development campaigns in the Küsnacht and Zumikon regions
• Advising private female and male clients in the areas of numbers (account and card range), saving, investing and pension planning
• Identifying customer potential, capturing customer needs and developing suitable solutions
• Accompanying our customers into the digital world (E-Banking, Mobile Banking, digital services) and self-service (ATM zone)
• Acquisition of new female and male customers as well as identifying and referring further customer needs to internal specialists
• Processing of cash transactions, currency exchange and precious metal transactions in the branch
• Resource and deployment planning for your team

Your profile

Your profile

• Completed banking vocational training or equivalent training as well as completed or ongoing further education (e.g. Bachelor in Banking & Finance, HF Betriebswirtschaft or similar)
• Several years of experience in sales in the banking industry, initial leadership experience an advantage
• Strong sales and service orientation with enjoyment of active customer advisory
• Enthusiasm for leadership, coaching and the further development of people
• Trustworthy, communicative and empathetic personality that fits well into the regional environment of Küsnacht and Zumikon
• High self-motivation, self-responsibility and strong organizational talent
• Well-groomed, confident appearance and very good manners
