Your tasks

• You lead, develop, and coach your team of the General Agency Luzern with a clear focus on performance, goals, and results
• You are responsible for achieving and exceeding the agreed sales and quality goals in health, property, and life insurance
• You act actively in the market yourself and are a role model in sales -- from the first contact to the closing
• You establish a high-performance sales culture with clear standards, measurable KPIs, and continuous development

• You are a results-oriented leadership personality with strong sales drive and pronounced entrepreneurial thinking
• You lead through role modeling, coaching, and clear expectations and develop people into constant high performers
• You bring several years of successful sales experience in the all-branch sector
• You move confidently in a dynamic, performance-driven sales environment and consistently go the extra mile
• You work in a structured, data- and goal-oriented manner and are assertive, resilient, and a team player
• You reside in the Luzern region, are excellently networked, and possess a valid driving license Cat. B
