To ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable person as a facility manager starting January 1, 2027, or by agreement. Facility Manager Tasks Ecological maintenance: You clean and maintain our facilities according to ecological principles and adhere to the currently applicable energy and environmental laws. Technical support: You maintain and regularly inspect the technical facilities. You can easily carry out small repairs independently. Project support: You support the construction department in construction or renovation projects. Budget planning: You create budget proposals for our school facilities Events: You help make rooms available for events and also actively participate in public community events. Personnel: You care for our students and civilian service providers with dedication. Expectations You have completed training as a specialist in facility maintenance EFZ or have a craft training. Ideally, you have already completed the professional examination as a housekeeper EFZ or are motivated to obtain it. You are flexible and weather-resistant: occasional evening and weekend shifts as well as winter service do not bother you. German is your native language or you are at least stylistically confident in word and writing.
