In this function, you take on initial leadership responsibility in the operational daily routine, are specifically trained and step by step prepared for a possible further development to Operations Manager. Your tasks: You support the Unit Manager in the operational daily business and help to ensure a smooth process in the SPAR area. You work actively in the store, advise our customers, operate the cash register and ensure an attractive presentation of goods. You support in merchandise management - from ordering to goods receipt to freshness and expiration checks. You reliably implement our quality, hygiene and retail standards in everyday life. You take on initial leadership tasks in the daily business and support the coordination of the team. You help with the training of new employees and promote positive teamwork. You grow step by step into more responsibility and develop in the direction of a further leadership function. If necessary, you also support flexibly in the gastro area.
