Tasks

Carrying out inspections, maintenance and troubleshooting of building technology systems

Execution of maintenance, care and upkeep work including green space management and winter service

Identification and implementation of optimization measures to ensure smooth operation

Maintenance cleaning of assigned properties, holiday apartments and office rooms

Cleaning of aisles, corridors, stairwells and common areas

Requirements

Several years of professional experience in facility management or as a gardener

Driving license cat. B

Strong technical understanding as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working

Team player, committed and responsible personality with a professional appearance and high quality awareness
