Your main tasks Production and workshop management Responsibility for the planning, control, and optimization of production processes Coordination of personnel, machine, and material deployment Ensuring economical and timely order processing Monitoring and analysis of machine utilization Cost optimization within production Participation in production as well as support at machines and systems Machines, technology and work preparation Setup, operation, and programming of the machines (incl. Alpha Cam) Programming and support of the production systems Maintenance, upkeep, and minor repairs to machines and systems Evaluation, procurement, and commissioning of new operating resources Planning and preparation of special tools Creation of molds and templates according to customer requirements Creation and adjustment of technical drawings in CAD Quality assurance and process optimization Control and optimization of production workflows Carrying out measurements, tests, and documentation Creation of measurement protocols according to customer requirements Responsibility for quality assurance and final inspection Analysis and rectification of production errors Optimization of internal workflows and processes Carrying out safety instructions in production Leadership and employee training Technical and personal leadership of the workshop employees Introduction, training, and support of the employees Internal technical training and support Promotion of an efficient, safe, and quality-conscious way of working Customer contact and administration Technical support and assistance to the field service Telephone and written contact with customers Processing, tracking, and invoicing of customer orders Answering technical customer inquiries and consulting on technical matters Support with customer-specific solutions General administrative activities Close cooperation with internal service, sales, production, as well as external partners Responsibility Ensuring smooth workshop and production operations Responsibility for employees, machines, and production processes Compliance with quality, deadline, and safety specifications Continuous improvement of processes and workflows Interfaces Internal service Sales/Field service Production Warehouse and packaging Customers Suppliers and external service partners Your profile Professional requirements Technical basic training with corresponding further education Several years of experience in production, work preparation, or technical management Good knowledge in the area of CAD, CNC, and production processes Knowledge in CNC and control technology (Siemens) CAD knowledge would be desirable Experience in machine programming, preferably with Alpha Cam Technical understanding as well as experience in the maintenance of machines and systems Confident handling of MS Office and technical systems Personal requirements Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working Organizational strength as well as entrepreneurial thinking Leadership experience and assertiveness High quality awareness Teamwork skills and communication strength Resilience and flexibility Enjoyment of customer contact
