WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU

• Confident operation and mastery of all systems as an SMD machine operator
• Professional loading and unloading of all electronic components
• Set-up, tear-down and rapid changeover of the placement machines according to the SMED method
• Independent reconfiguration of AOI, SPI, printer, reflow oven, placer and transport systems
• Careful preparation, control and monitoring of the entire production processes
• Fast and independent troubleshooting of simple machine malfunctions
• Continuous quality assessment of the processes as well as checking and assessing the finished electronic assemblies
• Professional setup and monitoring of all operating and testing equipment
• Reliable and timely processing of production orders according to specifications
• Active and solution-oriented cooperation in resolving process problems

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Several years of professional experience in SMD
• Good knowledge of manual soldering according to IPC-A-610 Class 3
• Independent, exact and reliable way of working
• Very good teamwork and willingness to communicate
• High quality awareness
• Good resilience as well as flexibility
• High sense of responsibility as well as reliability
• Business fluent German
