For our production team, we are looking for our future:

Micromechanics Operator (F/M/X) at 100%

Workplace: 2504 Bienne

Special schedules: We offer 1x a position in day shift, 1x a position in 2x8 team shift, and 1x a position in night shift.

Your responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection and deburring of our components
• Machining and production monitoring at manual workstations
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Your profile

• Confirmed experience (minimum 3 years) in an industrial environment
• Good proficiency in reading technical drawings
• Excellent dexterity and ease in manual precision operations
• Common use of standard IT tools (Office suite)
• Ability to maintain a high level of quality in repetitive operations
• You demonstrate thoroughness, precision, and autonomy
• Your team spirit is strong, and you possess solid organizational skills
• You are recognized for your responsibility, availability, and versatility
