Der Abendfrieden, Wohnen & Pflege is a private and non-profit foundation that offers 90 residents individual and holistic care and support in a familial environment. 145 employees ensure supportive services around the clock in nursing, kitchen, gastronomy, housekeeping, technology, and administration. In addition, we offer 17 apprenticeships and study places.

• You are co-responsible for holistic and professional nursing as well as care of the residents according to their needs and well-being within the scope of the competencies of a Nursing Assistant SRK
• You support the professional nursing staff in diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• You maintain complete nursing documentation in easyDOK taking into account the RAI criteria
• You carry out activities with the residents
• You are co-responsible for the order and cleanliness in the residential area while complying with our hygiene and safety guidelines
• You bring professional experience in long-term care and have completed further training as a Nursing Assistant SRK
• You have strong social competence and teamwork skills
• Very good - very good German language skills in speaking and writing (level B2)
• You are willing to undergo further training and development
• At least 25 days of vacation, as well as 30 days from the age of 50
