Measurement Technician (m/f/d) (80-100%)

You will take on a central role in quality assurance at Accelleron at the Baden location. Exciting challenges await you at the interface between manufacturing, development and quality. As a member of our measurement technology team, you will contribute decisively to ensuring our high quality standards through careful, precise and efficient testing. Your tasks: * Independent execution and documentation of tests on turbocharger components and operating resources according to specification documents * Creation of measurement programs (test concept, methodology and strategy) at offline programming stations or directly at various coordinate measuring machines (Zeiss) * Operation of coordinate measuring machines (Zeiss) and performance of initial sample, intermediate and final inspections as well as special measurements * Creation of complete documentation for performed measurement orders, e.g. initial sample inspection reports (EMPB) or quality notifications in SAP * Support of production with quality-promoting measures, root cause analyses in the event of deviations as well as as a know-how carrier in measurement technology issues * Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes in the sense of Lean Management, CIP and other optimization approaches Your background: * Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or comparable basic technical training, ideally with further training in the field of coordinate measurement technology (e.g. AUKOM) * At least two years of professional experience in the programming and operation of coordinate measuring machines (Zeiss, Calypso or similar) * Strong spatial awareness as well as an independent, careful and quality-conscious way of working * Confident handling of measuring and testing equipment as well as sound knowledge of form and position tolerances; you are proficient in reading technical drawings * Team-oriented personality with a structured and goal-oriented way of working * Experience in dealing with SAP as well as good knowledge of Office products * Very good German skills in speaking and writing; English skills are an advantage Your benefits: * International and dynamic working environment * Attractive compensation * Canteen * Employee assistance program * Global parental leave program * Flexible working models We look forward to your application (preferably in English).
