Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution • Act as the competence center for approximately 2000 Windows systems, coordinate the operational activities of the entire Office and serve as the interlocutor for the escalation procedure of complex faults • Develop automated workflows for server implementation and configuration management (Infrastructure as Code, IaC), in order to systematically eliminate manual interventions • Design and implement high-availability Windows server infrastructures; develop technologically advanced management systems • Assume the role of contact person for the security of the Windows environment, implementing system <<hardening>> measures according to CIS benchmarks and ensuring compliance throughout the entire environment • Integrate programmable interfaces (API) to standardize value creation processes and increase operational efficiency <br /> What distinguishes you • Basic vocational training as an IT specialist CFC; professional advancement at the level of a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (APF) or a Higher Technical College (SSS) constitutes a preferred qualification • Several years of experience in the Windows on-premise environment and in the management of large-scale server platforms; solid knowledge of automation and coordination using PowerShell (Ansible) • Mastery of security matters, in particular in system <<hardening>> and compliance with CIS benchmarks • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Strong coordination skills and excellent communication abilities • Good knowledge of a second official language and knowledge of English for communicating in a technical context <br /> In summary You will be the reference person in our unit in a highly complex Windows server environment and, thanks to intelligent automations and cutting-edge engineering solutions, you will be able to improve the operational level in a lasting way.
