What defines this department ##

As a team, we drive the implementation of training in the area of Cutting Cell and continuously develop our training offering. By supporting the operations of our customers and branches, we promote their success while simultaneously strengthening the skills of our employees. It fills us with satisfaction to know that our contributions have such a positive impact.

What you can achieve ###

• Conducting web and face-to-face training for our customers and service technicians on our cutting cell solutions with laser machines and automation systems, their components, software, and additional options
• Conception of blended-learning-oriented training programs
• Creation and maintenance of training materials and videos
• Support in the implementation of the global training strategy to ensure that users are at the center of the development, planning, communication, implementation, and feedback of content

Your education and experience ###

• Technically savvy and committed personality who enjoys imparting their knowledge to others
• Completed electrical, mechanical, or ICT basic training
• Experience with complex installations (e2e) in the industrial sector, including networked machines & automation solutions, is an advantage

What you bring ###

• Good presentation, negotiation, coaching, and training skills
• Flair for machine/software communication and troubleshooting
• Experience with router and network technology is an advantage
• Good German and English skills are very important
• Strong customer and service orientation, communication skills, solution orientation
• International willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
