Your role

In this versatile function, many threads converge with you: You take responsibility for finance, personnel administration, as well as the operational IT area and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background. In doing so, you work independently, think ahead, and are an important contact point for our entire team. At the same time, you actively contribute to the further development of our processes and digital solutions.

Your tasks:

• Independent management of financial accounting including accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Independent preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to OR
• Processing of payment transactions and VAT returns
• Management of payroll accounting including social security and annual declarations
• Responsibility for personnel administration from entry to exit
• Responsibility for operational IT operations as well as support and further development of our systems, hardware, and software
• Support and further development of our website and our webshop in cooperation with external partners
• Active participation in the optimization and digitalization of internal processes
• Occasional support and deputy in the internal sales service for telephone customer inquiries and orders

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training and ideally further training in the field of finance, accounting, or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in financial and payroll accounting
• Good knowledge of Swiss accounting and in the preparation of financial statements according to OR
• Experience in personnel administration and in the field of social security
• High IT affinity and a good understanding of operational IT systems
• Strong understanding of numbers and a high sense of responsibility
• Independent, structured, and proactive way of working as well as initiative
• Flexibility, entrepreneurial thinking, and enjoyment in rolling up your sleeves beyond your own area of responsibility in an SME
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
