We offer a fair salary, which ranges between CHF 100’000 to CHF 115’000 per year (100% workload) depending on experience and skills. Applications from talents with differing competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may lie slightly below or above the range.

What you can achieve.

• You take holistic responsibility for a versatile real estate portfolio with a focus on commercial and operational properties as well as selected residential properties of the Schweizerische Post in the Basel region.
• Market-compliant full leasing, the further development of marketing strategies, and professional vacancy management are within your area of responsibility.
• As a competent owner's representative, you maintain demanding customer relationships and advise owners as well as other stakeholders on all management-relevant issues, and you are in close exchange with tenants, caretakers, authorities, planners, and external service providers, and you coordinate the cooperation of all parties involved.
• Regular real estate inspections, sound condition analyses, as well as the professional acceptance and handover of rental objects during initial leasing and tenant changes are part of your everyday life.
• You perform the management of (co-)owned properties as well as active participation in owner meetings and sessions independently and proactively.
• You ensure sustainable building maintenance, initiate optimization measures, and contribute your expertise to renovation, conversion, and development projects.
