Your tasks

• Responsible planning, organization and coordination of small to medium-sized construction sites, especially in the field of renovation
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations as well as quality, cost and deadline specifications
• Preparation of offers, supplements, invoices and cost calculations
• Technical leadership and deployment planning of the installation team
• Organization and procurement of material taking into account construction progress and delivery deadlines
• Maintaining the construction journal and documentation of the project progress
• Competent advice and support for our customers
• Monitoring and controlling construction site processes for timely and high-quality execution

What you bring with you

• You have completed training in the field of building technology towards heating
• Ideally, you have completed training as a Building Services Planner (all) or further education as a Technician HF or FH (all)
• Experience in the planning and execution of HLKS projects in the field of renovation is a prerequisite for the position
• Thanks to your flexible and responsible nature, you also master demanding situations reliably and with a sense of quality
• You are a team player with high initiative and a healthy dose of assertiveness
• Your independent and reliable way of working as well as your entrepreneurial thinking and acting characterize you
• You speak fluent German
