Description

We are looking for our "CVS-MCR Works Management" division in Lausanne or/and Fribourg, and particularly for a project in Bulle :

CVS-MCR Project Manager (M/F)

Your profile:

• Engineering training in the building sector or building technology training, if possible completed by higher education (HES/ES Engineer, federal certificate/diploma or training deemed equivalent)
• At least 8 years of experience in the construction field, including at least 5 years in the project monitoring of CVS-MCR lots, if possible in a general/total company or in Works Management
• Experience in all trades is a plus
• Interest in complex and/or large-scale CVS-MCR projects (Industrial, etc.)
• Mastery of IT tools (Word, Excel, ideally MS Project)
• Great organizational, planning and anticipation capacity
• Sense of communication, spirit of collaboration and mutual aid
• Ability to adapt, flexible, autonomous and solution-oriented
• Holder of a driver's license and mobile (presence on site according to needs)
• BIM knowledge is an asset

Your function:

Depending on the projects: Either a project steering role :

• Monitoring and steering of the project at the different SIA phases
• Planning of studies and deliverables
• Monitoring and tracking of progress
• Coordination between the different CVS-MCR lots
• Liaison between the design teams and the construction teams
• Integration and anticipation of construction needs in the studies

Or an execution manager role (Works Management) :

• Guarantor of quality, costs, deadlines and safety
• Team manager role: management and support of a team of CVS-MCR site managers at the different project phases (preparation of execution, monitoring of execution, commissioning, acceptance by the MO, acceptance by the authorities, etc.)
• Proactive and implementation of operating processes on a large project (reporting, evolution of the organization according to project needs, etc.)
• Management of the relationship with the architectural Works Management, contractors, as well as the MO
• Periodic reporting to management (financial, planning, quality, etc.)
