The Bündner Spital- und Heimverband is the industry association of the Bündner health institutions. In the area of outpatient care, the Konferenz Spitex is committed to the professional development, quality assurance, and networking of Spitex organizations. As of 1 January 2027, we are creating a new Spitex Development specialist office and are looking for a structured and proactive personality for this role. Nursing Expert MScN (40 - 60%) A versatile and future-oriented function with great creative freedom and development potential awaits you. Your tasks: • Professional advice and support for member organizations regarding nursing and quality-relevant issues • Support in the implementation of quality specifications and development topics • Development of tools, guidelines, and model concepts as well as support during their implementation in practice • Initiation and management of projects, processing and coordination of joint development topics • Management of working groups and experience exchange forums • Conducting training, workshops, and webinars • Promotion of knowledge transfer and best practices between the organizations • Networking and representation of nursing professional topics towards relevant stakeholders Requirements: • Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) with experience in Spitex • Experience in quality development and project work • Interconnected and future-oriented thinking • Italian language skills are an advantage We offer modern employment conditions with flexible working hours.
