Construction Manager (m/f/d) 80–100%

For our client, an established company in the field of high-rise and residential construction in the Oberwil (Dägerlen) region, we are looking for an experienced personality in construction management who enjoys diverse projects and independent work, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

In this position, you will assume overall responsibility for construction projects in the field of new builds and conversions, renovations, as well as extensions, with a focus on residential construction. You will lead internal as well as external project participants, independently coordinate project design and execution planning, and ensure structured scheduling. Additionally, you will prepare cost estimates, obtain offers, and manage construction cost accounting including cost forecasts. Local construction management with operational responsibility for deadlines, quality, and costs is as much part of your area of responsibility as the accompaniment of commissioning, construction inspections, and handovers, as well as ensuring guarantee services.

Requirements

You have a solid education as a Bauleiter or Bautechniker HF or respectively as an Architekt FH and can demonstrate several years of professional experience in project management across all planning phases. You are experienced in dealing with specialist planners, authorities, and clients and appear confident in negotiations as well as with good manners. An independent, reliable way of working, organizational talent, and initiative characterize you. Presentation skills and CAD knowledge are an advantage. You see yourself as a team player, bring a willingness to perform and loyalty, and possess a Category B driver's license.
