• Education: Diploma in Social Work / Social Pedagogy / Psychology / Educational Sciences (HF, FH, Uni) or comparable qualification; foreign diplomas with Swiss recognition
• Leadership training: desirable or willingness to undergo training
• Professional experience: in inpatient youth welfare

Stiftung Jugendnetzwerk offers outreach as well as (semi-)residential psychosocial support for adolescents, young adults, and families. Our offers are individual, needs-oriented, and impact-oriented - from outreach family assistance to accompanied youth living forms to supervised residential groups.

Angebot Wohngruppen ###

Besides high expertise, can you inspire people, provide orientation, and drive a team forward? In the Wohngruppe Binz, you will lead a specialist team of approx. eight people who accompany adolescents in difficult life situations.

You combine motivating leadership with pedagogical expertise. Together with the service management, you strengthen the team, anchor our attitude in everyday life, and shape development.
