For the Senevita Residenz Bornblick in Olten, we are looking for a Activation Specialist (m/f) 80% # Your tasks ## • You help shape everyday life, the activation offer, as well as the socio-cultural events and carry out the activities • You support and accompany our residents also on excursions • You make your creative contribution at festive or theme-related, internal events • You work interdisciplinary with all areas in the house What you bring with you ## • Completed training as an Activation Specialist HF, specialist in activating care (FAB) or as a specialist for everyday design and activation • Professional experience in long-term care and joy in working with older people • Very good oral and written German skills • Good MS Office skills • Resilience, flexibility, independence and creativity • High organizational competence with the goal of making everyday life efficient and interesting.
