SALES ADVISOR IN LUXURY JEWELRY AND WATCHMAKING (M/F)

YOUR MISSIONS

• Welcome and build loyalty with a local and demanding clientele
• Present and sell our products with expertise, sensitivity and elegance
• Ensure personalized follow-up of requests
• Manage the watchmaking after-sales service
• Participate in the enhancement of the boutique and the display windows
• Actively contribute to the achievement of commercial objectives
• Perform small watchmaking tasks in the boutique (battery change, bracelet adjustment, etc.)
• Update the website and the e-commerce shop
• Participation in marketing and digital activities

YOUR PROFILE

• Successful experience in the world of jewelry and/or watchmaking required
• CFC in retail management or a title deemed equivalent
• Excellent presentation, sense of service and a true taste for human contact
• Rigor, discretion and sense of detail
• Dynamic and enthusiastic personality
• Mastery of French; any additional language is an asset
• Sincere passion for jewelry and watchmaking
• Residence in Switzerland required

WHAT WE OFFER

• An elegant working environment, in the heart of Morges
• Permanent position (CDI), 80–100 %, from Tuesday to Saturday
• Start date: as soon as possible or to be agreed
