Tasks

• Responsibility for product vision, strategy, roadmap and OKRs of the Client Solutions crew - aligned with customer needs, business goals, technology and regulatory requirements
• End-to-end responsibility for the Product Backlog: capturing requirements, prioritizing them and translating them into user stories with acceptance criteria - focused on customer value, business impact and compliance
• primary product decision-maker: aligning stakeholders, managing priorities and making value-oriented decisions
• close cooperation with business, customers and IT partners to identify customer needs and implement them into value-adding features, releases and product improvements
• steering product development based on data and feedback through customer research, analyses, experiments as well as definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs
• ensuring efficient, secure and high-quality delivery by balancing business requirements, technical excellence as well as compliance, governance and security-by-design specifications

Skills and Experience

• several years of professional experience as a Product Owner
• completed university or technical college degree
• practice in agile project management (e.g., Design Thinking, Scrum, Kanban)
• strong analytical-conceptual thinking and Java API knowledge
• team player who enjoys networking, taking responsibility, is creative, open and courageous regarding new things
• high self-motivation, resilience, flexibility as well as very good German and good English skills in speaking and writing
