Our team of 7 to 15 people intervenes in private homes as well as in offices, buildings and PPE, using environmentally friendly products. Our mindset: soft mobility. On the Riviera, our employees travel as much as possible by electric bike, provided by the company. It is good for health, good for the planet, and often faster than a car in town. A vehicle remains available when distances or equipment require it. To accompany our development, we are looking for a cleaning employee to join our team. Your missions * Ensure cleaning at our private clients and office maintenance, according to our quality standards * Organize your work autonomously, respecting the schedules and expectations of each client * Take care of the equipment and products provided * Report any need or anomaly observed on site Your profile * You speak French fluently * You hold a residence permit B, C or Swiss nationality * Experience in cleaning, office cleaning or concierge services is an asset, but we also train motivated people, including those changing careers * A driver's license is a plus * You are reliable, organized, meticulous and discreet * You have a sense of service and love work well done What we offer * A stable position in a growing company * Conditions in accordance with the CCT for cleaning for French-speaking Switzerland * Equipment and work clothes provided * Training in our methods and our ecological products * Means of transport provided for your professional trips (electric bike or vehicle depending on distances) * A small, close-knit team, management close to the field and attentive to your well-being * Possibilities for evolution within the company Practical information * Occupation rate: 50 % to 100 % * Hours: during the day, in the evening with possible interventions on weekends * Place of work: La Tour-de-Peilz and surroundings (Riviera) * Start date: as soon as possible / to be agreed Do you recognize yourself in this profile?
