What awaits you

As an IT consultant, you will take on responsibilities at APP from the very beginning. You will lead teams in the development of new concepts as well as in the definition of product, process, and IT requirements. You will autonomously manage consulting mandates and develop convincing solutions for IT and business questions. Once the appropriate solution is found, you will ensure sustainable implementation and accompany our clients until successful introduction.

As a person with entrepreneurial thinking and action, you establish personal contacts, continually expand your network, and acquire new mandates. Furthermore, you have the possibility to actively participate in the APP joint venture and significantly shape our future.

What we expect

• University degree in business informatics, computer science, or engineering
• Three to five years of experience in IT project management, test management, requirements engineering, or business analysis in consulting or administration, in justice, finance, or healthcare
• Deep knowledge in the areas of IT architecture, IT infrastructure, IT security, DevOps, software development
• Ability to assimilate quickly, pronounced analytical thinking as well as a creative and pragmatic approach
• Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented way of working, combined with a pleasure of collaborating in a team
• Open and communicative personality with a talent and pleasure for establishing trusting relationships
• Excellent command of written and presentation German. Very good knowledge of English and French is a plus
• Flexibility regarding travel in German-speaking Switzerland
