Construction Manager Large-scale Projects (f/m/d)

Your area of responsibility

• You take over the project-specific chief construction management and/or construction management of our wastewater treatment plant large-scale projects on site (new buildings, plant expansions, conversions and complete renovations).
• Management of cross-trade specialist coordination tasks (coordination of the installation of technical installations such as pumps, pipelines, machine technology, etc.).
• You process the projects already in the project phase and take over construction engineering planning tasks within the overall planning team.
• You take over tasks in cost calculation, in the preparation of tender documents and offer comparisons.
• Project-specifically, you take over the responsibility of senior construction management (in particular construction cost, schedule and quality controls).

Your profile

• As a prerequisite for these tasks, you have successfully completed training in the field of construction and further schooling as a construction manager or comparable.
• You have several years of professional experience and references in the construction management of large-scale projects including specialist coordination of building services trades.
• You are reliable, enthusiastic and enjoy taking on responsibility.
• Strong technical understanding as well as an independent and committed way of working.
