Manager (80 - 100%) The IKA Rosengasse is the joint old-age and care institution of the municipalities of Fehraltdorf, Russikon and Weisslingen. With 32 care places and 23 old-age apartments, it offers older people a home that combines self-determination, security and quality of life. With a view to the future, the co-design of a new building or renovation and the strategic reorientation of the institution are at the center of an exciting development phase. Due to the upcoming retirement of the long-standing incumbent, we are looking for a convincing, empathetic and experienced person as Manager (80 - 100%) on behalf of the IKA Rosengasse for the strategic and operational overall management from April 1, 2027. Your role As Manager, you bear the overall responsibility for the operation and further development of the institution. Together with your team, you create optimal framework conditions for high-quality care and nursing as well as for a economically successful future. This includes: operatively managing the institution with foresight and entrepreneurial spirit implementing strategic specifications from the Board of Directors and the sponsoring municipalities effectively being responsible for the budget, annual accounts and commercial management continuously developing the organization, services and processes actively accompanying change and development processes in a targeted manner representing the institution professionally to authorities, partners, relatives and the public promoting a appreciative, respectful and responsible leadership culture Your profile You are a convincing, empathetic and winning personality who connects people and shapes changes successfully and with a sense of finesse. In addition, you bring: several years of leadership and management experience in the health or social sector a higher education in business administration, nursing, social work or a comparable field in-depth knowledge in the areas of nursing, geriatrics, hotel industry, old-age housing or similar service companies experience in strategic corporate management conviction and negotiating skills in dealing with different stakeholder groups experience in change management and in the successful implementation of change processes strategic foresight and pleasure in implementing visions and development ideas into concrete results experience in politically shaped organizational structures is an advantage Your perspectives You can expect a versatile leadership function with a large scope for design in a forward-looking institution.
