For Helvetic Partners Group AG with Boxenstop GmbH, X1291 GmbH, the hotel & event center Der Meilenstein GmbH as well as Pneu Bösiger AG, we are looking for an experienced, dynamic person with strong leadership skills, who will technically and personally lead the accounting of our group of companies.

The position combines operational accounting, team management, controlling, and close collaboration with management and real estate management.

Your tasks

• Technical and personal leadership of the accounting team
• Overall responsibility for the financial accounting of several companies
• Ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Responsibility for accounts receivable, accounts payable, payments, VAT, and intercompany reconciliations
• Management and monitoring of liquidity and cash flow
• Preparation of budgets, forecasts, reports, and variance analyses
• Preparation of relevant financial indicators for management and owners
• Close collaboration with real estate management, particularly for rents, service charges, maintenance and investment costs, as well as real estate budgets
• Coordination with fiduciaries, audit, banks, and other external partners
• Development, digitalization, and harmonization of financial processes within the group

Your profile

• Several years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally in a group of companies
• Very good practical knowledge of Abacus, particularly in financial accounting, customers, and suppliers
• Several years of experience in team management
• Professional certificate in finance and accounting, fiduciary, HF/FH or equivalent training
• Mastery of closings and very good knowledge of Swiss accounting
• Experience in controlling, budgeting, and liquidity planning
• Experience in real estate accounting is an asset
• Very good skills in Excel as well as in ERP/accounting
• Strong digital affinity and interest in automation
