... is, on the one hand, a control and coordination body for measures to combat undeclared work and, on the other hand, responsible for the enforcement of flanking measures for the free movement of persons as well as the online registration procedure for short-term employment in the Canton of Aargau.

Your working environment

We are responsible for the enforcement of foreign national and asylum legislation in the Office for Migration and Integration (https://www.ag.ch/de/verwaltung/dvi/migration-integration) and implement the integration policy of the Confederation and the Canton. We issue permits for foreign persons, carry out labor market controls, and ensure the enforcement of undeclared work legislation. We advise foreigners wishing to return and enforce the deportations ordered by the Canton and the Confederation.
