Nursing Specialist HF/FH or Social Pedagogue HF/FH 40-60% ## Psychiatrie Ambulatorium Interlaken Your area of responsibility • Nursing-therapeutic support of patients with addiction disorders and comorbid mental illnesses in a socio-psychiatric, outpatient setting as well as in an outreach context within an interdisciplinary team • Further development, conceptualization, and establishment of addiction-related offers • Possibility to build and conduct group offers • Collaboration in networking and cooperation with internal and external specialist agencies • Active co-design of an innovative and demand-oriented service offering Your competencies • Diploma as Nursing Specialist HF/FH, Social Pedagogue HF/FH, • Training in the field of addiction and dependency disorders (specialization, CAS) is an advantage • Extensive professional experience in working with people with addiction/dependency disorders • Interest and joy in building new offers and structures • Independent, proactive, and responsible way of working • Interest in socio-psychiatric issues and innovative models of psychiatric care • Joy in interprofessional cooperation • Person-, team-, and network-oriented way of working Your advantages We offer an opportunity to actively co-design outpatient addiction-related offers in a small team.
