As part of the Business Unit Shared Services (SHS) of Hamilton AG, this area takes on central tasks for the Hamilton companies. Teams in HR, ICT, Corporate Communication, Facilities, and Finance ensure that processes run smoothly and employees worldwide are optimally supported.

What you can achieve:

• Operation of the infrastructures and building technology systems at the Ems location with a team of 8 employees
• Ensuring maintenance through inspection, servicing, repair, and improvement with internal and external resources
• Mobilization, negotiation, awarding, supervision of external service providers, and acceptance of work
• Ensuring adequate external cleaning (basic, maintenance, and special cleaning)
• Accompanying internal and external audits in the area of Facility
• Conducting training for emergency organization members
• Ensuring an on-call organization and safety rounds on the weekend
• Support during events

What you bring with you:

• Vocational basic training
• Preferably: Fachmann-/frau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ, Hauswart/in with eidg. Fachausweis or dipl. Hausmeister/in
• Ideally further training as an lnstandhaltungsfachmann /frau with eidg. Fachausweis or dipl. Leiter/in im Facility Management and Maintenance
• Leadership qualities and leadership experience
• Driver's license for aerial work platforms IPAF
• Basic training PSAgA
• Basic training fire protection SiBe Brandschutz
• Ideally permit according to Art. 15 NIV
• Medical training IVR level 2 or 3 is an advantage
