What awaits you? ##

During your three-year training, you will gain insight into various departments and will be deployed in the following work situations:

• receiving and directing bank customers
• advising bank customers
• supporting bank customers via digital channels
• assisting in customer consultation
• administratively preparing and processing banking transactions

In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. You can complete the training with us either as EFZ (Eidg. Fähigkeitszeugnis) or with Berufsmaturität. The industry-specific lessons take place at CYP in Root and the vocational school in Schwyz.

• completed Sekundarstufe Niveau A with good grades
• very good conduct grades (social skills)
• very good German skills (oral and written)
• prerequisites for learning two foreign languages (French and English)

• flexible, independent and proactive
