For the new opening of our gynecological practice, we are looking for a Medical Practice Assistant (m/f/d) 50-80%: YOUR TASKS • You will work on the establishment of our gynecological practice and contribute your experience and ideas • You will take over the telephone consultation of our patients and ensure efficient coordination and organization of the consultation hours, including a warm welcome in everyday practice life • For gynecological examinations, pregnancy check-ups, ultrasound examinations, and minor procedures, you are a competent and reliable support • You perform delegable medical activities such as blood collection, urine analysis, laboratory work, and CTG checks independently and with great care • You actively contribute to compliance with our high hygiene and quality standards and take care of the professional preparation and sterilization of instruments <br /> YOUR PROFILE • You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) EFZ or an equivalent qualification • Ideally, you already bring experience in gynecology and obstetrics and have even participated in the opening, establishment, or further development of a medical practice • You perform laboratory analyses routinely and reliably • You are familiar with the use of practice software, as well as practice administration, service recording, and billing • You work very organized, structured, and independently and maintain an overview even in lively situations • You are a resilient, flexible, and team-oriented personality who feels comfortable in the dynamic daily practice life <br /> Does this sound like you?
