Head of Finance & Accounting

In this function, you will assume overall responsibility for finance and accounting. You will manage the general ledger, prepare the annual financial statements, and be responsible for liquidity planning, budgeting, and cost control. Furthermore, you will take care of tax matters including VAT and withholding tax, the administration of mortgages, as well as the financial processing of construction and renovation projects. During absences, you will also take over the deputy role in tenant accounting.

As a central contact person for financial matters, you will ensure transparency and reliable decision-making bases and work closely with the company management, real estate management, and external partners.

You have a commercial basic education and advanced training in finance and accounting (federal professional certificate/diploma, FH, or comparable). You bring sound practical experience, are proficient in closing accounts, and enjoy working hands-on. Experience in the real estate environment as well as knowledge of Abacus are an advantage.
