Intern Disposition & Business Analytics 80-100% (f/m/d)

These are your tasks:

Operational support of disposition

• Support of the dispo team with administrative and organizational tasks
• Preparation and analysis of disposition and logistics data
• Creation of evaluations and reports
• Support with substitution tasks during absences in the team
• Collaboration in the optimization of processes and workflows

Reporting & Data Analysis

• Further development of existing reports and key figures
• Support in the construction of modern dashboards with Power BI
• Analysis of data from various sources (SAP, Excel, SharePoint, Teams etc.)
• Identification of improvement potentials and automation possibilities

Digitalization & AI

• Evaluation and application of new AI tools
• Support in the introduction of Copilot and AI-supported solutions
• Development of innovative approaches for the simplification and automation of routine tasks
• Support with the documentation and standardization of processes

What you bring with you:

• Ongoing or completed studies HF/FH/University (specializations: Business, Business Informatics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics or comparable fields of study.)
• Very good MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
• Interest in complex administrative and analytical tasks
• Knowledge in Power BI & high IT affinity
• German in speaking and writing
• French and/or English skills are an advantage
• Analytical thinking skills
