In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible, together with the Department Manager in the fabrication department Beborsten (stamping), for ensuring a smooth production process. You will support him in department management (100 people) and take responsibility for your own area of responsibility.

WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE:

• Support and deputy for the Department Manager in leadership, planning, and training tasks
• Joint responsibility for order processing and production control
• Ensuring optimal use of personnel and operational resources
• Management of internal department projects as well as participation in cross-departmental and cross-divisional projects

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

• Basic technical training with several years of professional experience
• Completed or in training/further education in a technical field (HF/FH)
• Leadership and production experience
• Very good communication and expression skills in the German language
• Strong assertiveness and high level of independence
