Start of position: 1. August 2026 or by arrangement Work location: Bern In this function, you will lead the Controlling Performance Contract Partners team in the area of asylum and refugees. You will actively help ensure and further expand risk-based financial, performance, and specialist controlling. Additionally, your collaboration on various projects in the area of asylum and refugees will be valued. Your tasks <br /> • Planning, prioritization, and execution of complex financial, performance, and specialist controlling tasks • Personnel leadership and coordination of the team's work as well as coordination with interfaces • Management of performance contracts and, if required, creation of additional contracts • Project collaboration <br /> Your profile <br /> • Master's/Bachelor's degree in business administration or comparable further training in the field of controlling or auditing • Several years of experience in a performance and financial controlling environment • Proven several years of leadership experience • German or French native language with good knowledge of the respective other language in spoken and written form • Good comprehension and strong planning and organizational skills • Good IT skills <br /> We offer you The Canton of Bern is a fair employer in every respect with very good employment conditions. To implement this task, the department works closely with six external regional partners. In the Canton of Bern, five regional partners bear the overall operational responsibility for the persons assigned to their region. For unaccompanied minors, one partner is responsible for the entire cantonal territory. The regional partners are commissioned and supervised by the Asylum and Refugee department.
