EV Nidau AG will be founded as an independent company as of 1. January 2027 and is responsible for the secure and future-oriented electricity supply of the city of Nidau and actively helps to shape its energy policy future. The company is 100% owned by the city of Nidau and is strategically led by a Board of Directors. For the establishment of the Board of Directors, we are looking for three committed personalities as WOMEN MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS / MEN MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS per the founding of the company (end of 2026). You will actively participate in the establishment and strategic orientation of a newly founded energy company and take responsibility for its sustainable development. Your tasks: Strategic leadership and further development of EV Nidau AG at the Board of Directors level Definition and review of the corporate strategy as well as long-term goals Monitoring of business activities and ensuring responsible corporate governance Assessment of investments, cooperations and essential contracts Participation in risk management as well as ensuring compliance with legal requirements Cooperation with external partners and stakeholders from politics, administration and business Your profile: We are looking for personalities with complementary competencies.
