Healthcare Specialist EFZ 80-100% - optional with additional function as a vocational trainer

Tasks

• Holistic care and professional nursing of our residents in shared apartments, which are characterized by a lower nursing support requirement and greater independence of the residents
• Care planning and performance of all medical-technical activities within the FaGe competence area
• Professional and differentiated electronic nursing documentation (Care Coach)
• Optional: Taking over the vocational training of AGS and FaGe apprentices

Requirement Profile

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Independent working and sovereign action in challenging situations, setting priorities and initiating appropriate measures in emergencies
• Values that include tolerance, appreciation, and mindfulness
• An open, cheerful, winning manner and a constructive feedback culture that contributes to good cooperation in the team
• Good German skills in speaking and writing as well as confident handling of IT

Optional if there is a desire for an additional function as a vocational trainer:

• Completed vocational trainer course (40 course hours), preferably further training to become a Prüfungsexpertin, a Prüfungsexperte (PEX)
• Joy in accompanying young people on their way into professional life
• Confidence and patience in dealing with the new generation of trainees and the ability to convey knowledge effectively
