Methods Technician (M/F)

Your mission

In view of a position opening soon, we are looking for a Methods Technician (M/F) on behalf of one of our clients specializing in the manufacture of high-end watchmaking components. Working in close connection with the production teams, you will be responsible for guaranteeing the stability of processes and the reliability of manufacturing documents during the series phase. Your main responsibilities will be the following: -Ensure the consistency, robustness, and durability of manufacturing files for products in the series phase -Actively participate in continuous improvement projects (products, processes, tools) -Intervene in technical or quality-related problem-solving groups -Train and support operators during process or document evolutions -Handle adjustment or correction requests coming from industrialization for your sector

Your profile

-ES Technician diploma or equivalent in a technical field (watchmaking, medical, automotive, pharmaceutical, industry,...) -Ability to work on short and medium-term objectives -Ease in facilitating multidisciplinary working groups and managing action plans -Good knowledge of manufacturing processes in watchmaking would be a plus -Sense of service, active listening, and ability to propose concrete solutions -Interpersonal skills and ability to adapt your communication according to the interlocutor
