Activities + Lead, instruct and support the mechanics team technically in everyday work + Coordinate, prioritize and implement production orders on schedule + Execute complex manufacturing work with CNC support and Solidworks + Maintain machines, carry out repairs and take over the supervision of apprentices • Requirements + Completed vocational training as Polymechanic EFZ + Experience in the leadership and supervision of employees and apprentices + Knowledge in the field of construction machinery as well as an independent and precise way of working + Good German skills, physical resilience and driving license category B • Offer + Interesting and varied activity with a lot of personal responsibility + Well-equipped workshop and versatile machine park + Familiar team with collegial cooperation + Parking facilities directly at the company
