Head of Finance & Accounting D/E 80-100%

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the accounting of several Swiss companies
• Management of the general ledgers as well as ensuring monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Functional and personnel leadership of the accounting team as well as close cooperation with controlling
• Participation in the group consolidation according to Swiss GAAP FER
• Active participation in the introduction of a new ERP system and further development of the accounting processes
• Contact person for the auditing body, tax authorities and banks
• Responsibility for liquidity planning and cash management
• Further development of internal processes and controls (IKS)
• Close cooperation with the management and the Group CFO as a competent sparring partner

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• Sound education or further training in finance and accounting or similar
• Initial leadership experience is desirable
• Balance sheet proficiency according to OR; knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER is an advantage
• Experience in an industrial environment is an advantage
• Proficient German as well as good English skills
• Affinity for the MS suite and ERP systems
• Agile, solution-oriented personality with entrepreneurial thinking
