Assistance to the project manager in the operational management of projects . Technical, administrative and financial site supervision of construction sites in execution phases . Coordination of stakeholders (specialized agents, companies, clients) vos tâches . Organization and site supervision . Participation in site and coordination meetings, writing of minutes . Development and updating of work schedules (contractual deadlines, phasing) . Analysis of tenders and awards in support of project managers . Drawing and checking of execution plans and technical details . Monitoring of company orders and contract management . Control of work situations and invoicing (measurements, progress, contractual compliance) . Management of plus-values / minus-values (amendments) and validation with the project manager . Monitoring of reserves, rectification of defects and acceptance of works your profile . Architect, technician or draftsman with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management in Switzerland (imperative) . Good mastery of Swiss standards and practices (SIA, calls for tender, contractual management) . Confirmed experience in site management and company coordination . Mastery of AutoCAD software . Very good knowledge of the Office suite (Excel for financial monitoring) . Excellent mastery of French, both spoken and written . Sense of organization, rigor and autonomy .
