The Compliance department is part of the Legal, Regulatory & Compliance area and is thus the specialist office for VSB issues, anti-money laundering, sanctions handling, and other regulatory topics.

To strengthen our department, we are looking for a Senior Compliance Officer, immediately or by arrangement. We are looking for an upright, communicative, and trustworthy personality who is happy to commit professionally to our bank.

Your tasks

• Implementation and monitoring of regulatory requirements within the bank, especially in the topics of anti-money laundering, VSB and sanctions, PEP, market conduct
• Processing of queries in the aforementioned topics
• Creation of risk assessments for business relationships with increased risks (GmeR)
• Drafting of GwG suspicious activity reports as well as submission to the MROS
• Participation in IKS controls
• Analyses in connection with transactions with increased risks (TmeR)
• Training of employees and participation in projects

What you bring

• Completed university or university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor or Master in law, business law, economics) or higher vocational training
• Several years of professional experience as a Compliance Officer in the aforementioned subject areas or in anti-money laundering consulting
• Sound knowledge of the regulatory provisions in the area of anti-money laundering and combating terrorism (GwG, GwV-FINMA, VSB)
• Ideally knowledge in the areas of AIA / FATCA
• High level of initiative, sense of responsibility, and willingness to perform
• Precise working style, analytical and networked thinking
• Very good German skills; English and/or French are an advantage
