Junior Construction Manager Natural Stone Works

To expand our team, we are looking for a qualified, proactive and motivated Junior Construction Manager Natural Stone Works who wants to achieve our goals with commitment.

Your tasks

• Construction management and coordination of 2 - 5 small to medium-sized construction sites after an assistance period of 3 – 6 months
• Coordination with architects, clients, specialists, authorities, entrepreneurs and craftsmen
• Quotation management
• Pre- and post-calculation

Your profile

You are between 30 – 40 years young and have completed training as a construction manager with an affinity for natural stones or natural stone experience in a construction leadership position.

You also meet the following requirements:

• Good technical knowledge regarding natural stones
• Experience in quotation management and specification/tendering
• Experience in sales and the acquisition of orders
• Strong in organization and coordination
• Negotiation skills
• Polished manners and social competence
• Enjoyment of beauty and the need to be allowed to work at a high level and quality
• Proficient in German, both orally and in writing
• Good PC skills (MS Office programs, if possible CAD knowledge)
• Preferably measurement and dimensioning experience
• Ambitious with the need to develop further
• Able to work in a team
