Your tasks and perspectives ##

• Primary contact person for patients, visitors, external customers, and employees
• Ensuring reliable customer service (counter service in shift operation)
• Administrative admission and processing of patient master data in SAP (outpatient and inpatient areas incl. emergency station)
• Verifying and clarifying insurance coverage incl. requesting deposit payments
• Various administrative tasks and processing of incoming mail

What you bring for this position ##

• Completed commercial or medical basic training
• Profound, several years of professional experience or good knowledge in the healthcare sector
• Readiness for shift operation incl. weekend service (approx. 2x per month), fixed working days not possible
• Resilient and conscientious personality with high commitment and flexibility
• Exact and independent way of working with high quality standards
