Your Job You contribute your expertise from financial accounting to versatile business software projects Analysis and optimization of financial processes surrounding the general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payment transactions, VAT, fixed asset accounting as well as monthly and annual financial statements Recording of requirements, questioning of processes and translation of specialist needs into clear implementation steps Accompanying companies in the optimization and digitalization of their financial processes Moderation of workshops, structuring of complex issues and development of understandable results Work at the interface between Finance, Business Analysis, ERP software and project implementation You accompany projects from the initial analysis through to conception and introduction Depending on experience, you will grow into project management or already take on independent responsibility in sub-projects and projects In addition You ensure a clear flow of information in the project and keep all stakeholders transparently updated Targeted use of your process knowledge in finance and accounting, so that technically sound and practical solutions accounting or a comparable field Professional experience in finance and accounting, controlling, fiduciary or in a comparable finance function Good understanding of financial processes, accounting processes and business connections from practice Enjoyment in questioning, structuring and further developing processes with digital solutions Strong affinity for ERP systems, business software and digitalization Ideally initial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics NAV or a comparable ERP solution Experience in business analysis or project management is an advantage, but interest, process understanding and the willingness to familiarize yourself with these topics are more important Ability to record specialist requirements, classify them logically and pass them on understandably Enjoyment at the interface between Finance, software, users and the project & developer team Experience as a Key User, project team member, ERP user or Super User as an
