Head of Network Construction Planning

You will provide technical leadership for planning and project support in the field of network construction and ensure efficient, high-quality processes on network levels 5–7.

Tasks

• Technical leadership of planning and project support as well as the further development of employees
• Clarification of priorities and responsibilities in everyday work
• Ensuring an efficient planning process and early recognition of bottlenecks
• Monitoring of project progress, workload, quality, and deadlines
• Securing the technical quality of planning on network levels 5–7
• Coordination of network construction projects with all stakeholders until execution readiness

Profile

• Training as a Master Network Electrician or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of the relevant technical regulations
• Experience in planning and execution of distribution networks
• Experience in the technical leadership of employees
• Structured process analysis and implementation of improvements
• Ideally knowledge in Lean Management or continuous improvement

Offer

• Workload 80-100%
• 3–6 months interim, then permanent employment
• Up to 50% home office possible
