Your tasks

• You care for outpatient and short-stay patients of the Interventionszentrum from Monday to Friday, whereby the readiness to work half-shifts is given.
• In close cooperation with the Interventionszentrum, you work mainly with the disciplines of cardiology, angiology, interventional radiology, as well as neuroradiology.
• You ensure the nursing preparation for intervention or diagnostics and monitor the patients professionally after their intervention. You bring your high technical, methodological, and social competence to patient-oriented and professional nursing.
• As a daily reference person, you accompany our MPA apprentices and promote their learning success.
• You actively participate in the further development of processes in the context of the upcoming hospital reconstruction.

Your profile

• You have a completed vocational training as Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH, DN2 or AKP and have at least two years of professional experience in an acute care hospital within the last 5 years.
• You are a motivated personality and used to working independently.
• Furthermore, you appreciate close interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation, are a team player, resilient, and used to dealing with complex, rapidly changing situations.
• You possess pedagogical skill and enjoy accompanying young people.
• Responsible, patient, and empathetic action is required.
